iron lynx
Working as the solo graphic designer, I've created and implemented a full digital visual identity for the Iron Lynx race team, which has included everything from social media graphics through to physical items. The identity had to represent the Iron Lynx brand, capturing the team's ambition, precision and relentless pursuit of success while reflecting the professionalism, confidence and competitive spirit that defines one of endurance racing's leading teams.
From 2023 to 2024, I worked closely with Iron Lynx across two full racing seasons, creating artwork and campaign assets for their programmes in GT World Challenge, the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), IMSA and the launch of their rally team. This included creating a full suite of race weekend graphics, from event schedules and driver announcements to qualifying, results and podium graphics, alongside partner activations and other digital assets required throughout each race week.
A major highlight was contributing to the launch of Iron Lynx's Lamborghini Hypercar programme, producing artwork that supported the team's inaugural full FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and IMSA campaign, introducing the new programme to fans across one of motorsport's most prestigious championships.
Race Weekend Content
Throughout the season, I was responsible for producing two official race posters for every event—one for the GT programme and one for the Lamborghini Hypercar programme. While both followed the Iron Lynx visual identity, the Hypercar artwork also had to adhere to Lamborghini's strict brand guidelines, resulting in a more detailed approval process. To ensure artwork was approved and delivered on schedule, I worked proactively, planning concepts and submitting designs well in advance of race weekend deadlines.
Beyond the race posters, I created a wide range of supporting assets for each event, including driver announcements, promotional graphics and brand-led campaigns across multiple championships. This extended to Iron Lynx's customer racing programmes, such as Lamborghini Super Trofeo, where I produced artwork promoting the team's gentleman drivers alongside the factory GT and Hypercar entries, ensuring every programme received a consistent level of creative support.
Once each race poster was complete, I produced multiple versions for a range of applications, including large-format prints, A5 autograph prints for driver signing sessions and digital formats for social media and promotional use. I also prepared all artwork for professional print production, ensuring every version was print-ready and delivered to specification for the printers, resulting in high-quality promotional pieces for every race weekend.
With Iron Lynx often competing in two or three championships simultaneously across different parts of the world, every race weekend became a balancing act. Managing multiple deadlines, approval processes and competing priorities required strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to deliver high-quality creative work under pressure while maintaining a consistent visual identity across every series.
